Manual camchain tensioner

These billet cnc machined tensioners are one of the best improvements you can fit to improve reliability on the early aircooled Z. the stock tensoiner relies on a small spring and wedge which can back off under load and cause engine damage, we always fit these to every engine we build rather than risk the stock item causing failure. The manual tensioner also allows fine adjustment to prevent accelerated wear to the cam chain idler wheels and loss of power through friction and eliminate annoying rattles. For the early kickstart motors Z900 to Z1000 (1015cc) use the KT1000, for the later Z1000J to GPz1100 (998cc - 1089cc) engines select KT1100
